At present, JISCO core mainly adopts the self-developed 7 step step joint mode, namely "step stack"(or "step joint").7 step step joint transformer core was rated as Shanghai Province high-tech Technical products,national key new products.The core adopts the new all-inclined, seven-step cascade joint form.Compared with the conventional joint mode,the core can reduce the magnetic density of the joint by about 22%,reduce the no-load loss by about3%,reduce the transformer noise by 2-3 decibels,and reduce the no-load current by about 40%.Stack 7 pieces at a time, greatly improving the efficiency of stack.The large transformer adopts the full oblique,longitudinal break yoke seven-step laminated joint form,which has the advantages above,but also convenient for customers to disassemble and insert pieces.


With seven steps, the process of pulling out and inserting the yoke of the sleeve coil is also easier. Only the operation can be carried out according to the number of each step,and the efficiency can be increased to 300%.


The clip used is a bending clip patented by JISCO core.The bending parts have the advantages of fewer parts,high machining precision,accurate positioning,easy assembly,surface treatment and easy painting process. Compared with the traditional profiles(square pipe, channel steel), the bending parts have flexible design parameters and can reach the accuracy of earth 0.5mn), after cutting, CNC bending machine is used for bending forming, which can ensure the forming size. The drawing plate adopts the fan-tail shape, which replaces the common drawing plate pin. It solves the problem of inaccurate positioning of drawing plate pin and avoids the precision decrease caused by welding. It is conducive to the standardization of products,convenient for assembly line production, and can greatly shorten the processing cycle. Compact structure,reduce noise.
